I can technically put MaS on hold too. For missing items, is there a way to check based on what dungeons i've cleared or quests completed? You sure it's Moon and Star, and not Moonpath to Elswere?I'm pretty sure I'm sure lol.As for the items, I don't think there is a list anywhere of all the items that Legacy adds to all the locations that would help with that.;)One example is if you finish the 'Wolf Queen Awakened' quest before installing Legacy, you will not get the Bloodworm Helm.Don't ask me if I know any more, I don't have the time to explain everything. It's up to you whether you want to add Legacy later.
All I'm saying is that it's best not to. Do what you want.Edited by sirjesto, 02 April 2018 - 05:52 PM. @alluistras,I just find it too much, if you know what i mean.Similarly to the complaint about the effects, my specific issue is that every animal kill drops every possible item Every wolf has a meat, a heart, two lungs, a liver, two eyes and a pelt. And aside from the pelt and meat, the rest are alchemic ingredients. Effectively, every wolf is carrying 3 damage health poison. Worse, all eyes, lungs, and hearts have the same 4 effects, so every wolf is actually carrying 2.5 Damage Health, Damage Magicka, Damage Magicka Regen, Frenzy poisons.I'm torn between removing it entirely and making my own tweak patch to bring the harvest quantities down to a reasonable level.
Skyrim Special Edition Nexus Performance
The former sounds easier.:). Isn't Morrowloot kind of broken for non-vanilla starts?
Or is that considered a non-issue since the LOTD mod expects you to go back to Riverwood for a vanilla start anyway? Those still encountering CTD's and other stability/performance issues should REALLY take a look at the last post I made, I'm surprised everyone ignored it (except sm0kem who I quoted) because I made it pretty clear that it solved literally all my problems.Eh, I might go post it on /r/skyrimmods. Though it'll probably also be lost in a sea of people asking for help.Edited by CosmicDan, 02 April 2018 - 09:38 PM.
Those little pebbles, underwater plants, dead shrubs, and thickets in the screenshots aren't physical objects in the game world. It's actually that's generated on the fly using initialized when you launch the game. I'm essentially removing 1/4 of all the grass you don't see to try and net older systems a few additional FPS.In the eyes of the engine it's all just procedural grass to be processed and rendered, but to our human eyes it's grass mixed with a ton of insignificant objects.
Objects that will no longer exist once you activate this esp. You won't notice they're gone, but your hardware will.Wait, I know. Q: What exactly did you remove?A: Procedural 'grass' that isn't actually grass. These objects are spawned in varying densities in a radius around the player when you load an area. Things like small stones and the crap underwater - the stuff you probably never noticed and can't interact with.As a bonus, I included options to remove all instances of thickets and dead shrubs in the game. While these aren't procedural objects, I find them to be quite hard to look at.Q: Why did you do this?A:Because your processing/rendering power is better used generating things you can actually see. For example, locations like around Riverwood and Lake Ilinalta spawn thousands of plants underwater, and unless you are swimming, you will never notice them, even though they're always being rendered.Q: How much performance do I gain?A: Depends on the scene, draw distance, hardware, install options, etc.
Starbound how to recruit crew. If your computer is less than 3 or 4 years old, there's a good chance you won't need this mod.Q: Is this even safe?A:Absolutely, this mod contains no dirty edits. If another mod needs these objects for any reason, they are still available in all their ugly glory. You will never CTD from this.

I'm essentially removing 1/4 of all the grass you don't see to try and net older systems a few additional FPS, and help newer systems clear some additional headroom. In the eyes of the engine it's all just procedural grass to be processed and rendered, but to our human eyes it's grass mixed with a ton of insignificant objects. While these aren't procedural objects, and represent a negligible performance cost, I still find them quite difficult to look at.Is this compatible with.?The only type of mod that would interact with this in any way are landscape mods, more specifically, grass mods like SFO, Unbelievable Grass, and Verdant. Some grass mods increase the density of the very same objects I attempt to remove. In these situations, whichever mod loads last will win any discrepancies.
These are also the conditions that will yield the greatest performance increase.Another thing to keep in mind is some grass mods add new pebbles and underwater plants unique to their mod. There's really nothing I can do about that, so if you see the occasional cluster of pebbles, you know why. On the bright side, all the vanilla instances will still be removed. Why did you do this?Because your processing/rendering power is better used generating things you can actually see. For example, locations like around Riverwood and Lake Ilinalta spawn thousands of plants underwater, and unless you are swimming, you will never notice them, even though they're always being rendered. How much performance do I gain?Depends on the scene, draw distance, hardware, install options, what grass mods you're using, etc.
If your computer is less than 3 or 4 years old, there's a good chance you won't need this mod.Is this even safe?Absolutely, I have not actually deleted anything. If another mod needs these objects for any reason, they are still available. It's kind of like adjusting the iMinGrassSize ini variable, but only for select grasses. You will never CTD from this.
